Athletes need continuous variation in order to continue to push the boundaries of their limits. Going into the gym, doing the same routine for 4 or more weeks, and putting your brain on cruise control is a recipe for plateauing. While the foundational elements of strength training will always stay relatively the same there are simple ways to avoid stagnation. By regularly introducing novel components that are designed to challenge the athlete we can increase mental engagement of the tasks and continuously drive adaptation.
Class Times:
Monday - Friday: 5 PM - 6 PM & 6 PM - 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 11 AM
Small Class Sizes
Athletes entrust their athletic development to their trainers. Small class sizes allow us to give each athlete the attention they deserve

Athletes Balancing practice/games, school, and family/friends can lead to inconsistent schedules. Our online class booking allows you to change your training days to fit your schedule
